Shipping and Delivery Handling Policy

  • For local products/local merchants, you can expect your order within 3-10 working days during normal situations.
  • For international products/ Ship from Overseas merchants standard shipping vary within 14-60 days during normal situations. Please only select Ship from Overseas (US/UK) if you are willing to wait (Please understand).
  • Shipping Fee is estimated based on the actual weight/size of the products from the brand and suppliers and may change from time to time ( subject to actual ) any excess will be converted into discount voucher.
  • Paypal Express Checkout is subject to Paypal Fees to avoid Paypal Fees please select Banco De Oro (BDO) payment method instead.

  • Our Product will be delivered by Dolly and Cara Courier Partner. Such as Lalamove, DHL, Allegiance, in rare instance J&T and LBC.
  • Selected items may have already been tagged with shipping during the checkout.

Luxury and Imported Goods

  • Luxury and imported products are shipped and fulfilled from overseas merchants, warehouses, or suppliers (e.g. USA, UK, Hongkong, China, etc.)
  • Shipping, Import, Duty Tax, and Sales Tax must be billed separately and be paid by the customer.
