  • What are the delivery Options?  Although we ship nationwide we do not allow Pick-up of orders from our warehouses. 
  • How do I place my Order?  Simply Add to Bag/Cart/Basket your chosen product/s and Click Complete Order. Please be aware that some products are subject to availability. Please be patient. 
  • How to Track my Order? Once we receive the order we will process your orders within the next 48 hours upon payment confirmation. **Processing of orders usually takes 2-5 days from the brand partners. Once the item has been shipped we will send you a Tracking number of your order/s. **Counting of Shipping Lead time will commence after completion of the processed items from packing to documentation.

    • Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Sorry, currently NO Longer we offer COD
    • Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world via  international courier BUT some items can't be shipped to your location. If there are no available shipping methods, please contact us so we can assist you.
    • What are the Shipping Options? Currently, we offer standard Shipping. Rush shipping cost a little bit high for international orders while standard shipping is cheaper and require more days. Usually, shipping will take 3-35 days depending on the country of residence (excluding holidays, saturday  and sunday and weather delays).
    • Do I need to pay duty tax?  The possibility is Yes, Every country have different customs restriction the possibility to pay duty and taxes upon arrival of your item depends on the government but we will try our best to assist you on the matter. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Any orders returned due to unpaid taxes will incurred charges deducted from the refund amount. Please get in touch.

    • How long will I receive my order? Shipping usually takes 3-10 days for local and 14-35 days for international during normal days. Depending on your options such as Standard Shipping or Rush Shipping (excluding holidays , saturday and sunday and weather delays)
    • Is there a warranty? Yes, for locally sourced branded units it will be covered under the local warranty. While for the International sourced branded units it will be covered under the country of origin.
