Dolly and Cara only sell brand new and original item/s. As a general rule, once an item has been delivered/received by customers, refund, returns and exchanges may be made provided within 7 days upon receipt covered by the Terms and Conditions set forth here.

Acceptable circumstances like:

  • items is not as prescribed
  • wrong size and color
  • defects & damaged

NOT Acceptable circumstances like:

  • change of mind
  • returns of lingerie (underwear's, brassiere and involve personal hygiene)
  • returns of cosmetics, perfumes
  • sign of worn and washed
  • incomplete accessories and broken tags
  • sale items
  • customized and personalized items

Please send us a message before sending back the item. Please contact us via the form and send us the full details ( customer details, tracking number, order number, pictures).

Shipping cost of returned items will be shouldered by the customers.
Refunds will be made within 7 days upon receipt of the items by the QA team and after complete investigation we send the full refund.
