Dolly and Cara only sell brand new and original item/s. As a general rule, once an item has been delivered/received by customers, refund, returns and exchanges may be made provided within 7 days upon receipt covered by the Terms and Conditions set forth here.
Acceptable circumstances like:
- items is not as prescribed
- wrong size and color
- defects & damaged
NOT Acceptable circumstances like:
- change of mind
- returns of lingerie (underwear's, brassiere and involve personal hygiene)
- returns of cosmetics, perfumes
- sign of worn and washed
- incomplete accessories and broken tags
- sale items
- customized and personalized items
Please send us a message before sending back the item. Please contact us via the form and send us the full details ( customer details, tracking number, order number, pictures).
Shipping cost of returned items will be shouldered by the customers.
Refunds will be made within 7 days upon receipt of the items by the QA team and after complete investigation we send the full refund.
